If the documents are prepared correctly and submitted without delay, the invitation letter is issued in anything from two days to two months. The exact time depends on your citizenship and country of residence — some nationalities are processed almost immediately, others need additional checks. At the first consultation we tell you which group you fall into, so you can plan your dates realistically.

Not necessarily. Many programmes are taught in English, and Ukrainian-taught degrees have a preparatory year. We also run a Ukrainian course for foreigners if you want to feel confident outside the classroom.

Both formats are available. A number of programmes can be taken fully online, so you can enrol and study from your own country without relocating — and still graduate with a European-standard diploma recognised abroad. If you prefer to be on campus, we handle the invitation, the visa and your arrival.

Tuition depends on the university and the programme. Our support fee is fixed and agreed in writing before we start, including translations and official charges — so you see the full amount up front.

We stay with you until graduation. Straight after enrolment we obtain your official student status certificate from the university, with an apostille if you need one abroad. After that we remain in touch for document renewals, academic questions, transfers or leave of absence — you always have someone to ask.
