1. General provisions
1.1. Cookies are small text files a website stores in the user’s browser. This Policy also covers similar technologies such as pixels, tags and browser local storage.
1.2. This Policy applies to https://lexoria.education and https://platform.lexoria.education and forms part of the Lexoria Education Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies we use
2.1. Strictly necessary. Keep the Website and Platform working: account login, chosen language, spam protection for forms, saving your cookie choice. Set without consent, as the site cannot work without them.
2.2. Functional. Remember settings such as interface language or completed form fields. Set when you use the relevant feature.
2.3. Analytics. Show which pages are visited and where visitors come from (for example, Google Analytics). Set only with consent.
2.4. Marketing. Allow Lexoria Education ads to be shown on social networks and their results to be measured (for example, Meta Pixel). Set only with consent.
3. Third-party services
3.1. Analytics and marketing cookies are set by third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies and may transfer data outside Ukraine.
4. Retention
4.1. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies are kept for up to 2 years unless the service sets a shorter period.

5.1. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, keep only necessary ones or choose categories.
5.2. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the Website or in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will stop some Website and Platform features from working.
