By providing my personal data through the website https://lexoria.education, the Telegram bot @lexoria_education_bot, the platform https://platform.lexoria.education or other Lexoria Education communication channels, I voluntarily give Individual Entrepreneur Kateryna Viktorivna Badyko (Lexoria Education, RNOKPP 3737704546, 2A Lihinska St., Odesa, 65038, Ukraine) my consent to the processing of my personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Data: first and last name, phone number, email, messenger username, country of residence, chosen programme and learning goal, level test and Assessment results, study and payment data and other data I provide myself.
Purposes: handling my request, consultation, Assessment, concluding and performing the educational services agreement, organising studies, communicating with me, tax accounting, compliance with the law.
I confirm that:
- I have read the Privacy Policy and my rights under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”;
- I agree to the transfer of my data to service providers, including those located outside Ukraine, as described in the Privacy Policy;
- I am 18 or over, or I give consent as the legal guardian of a person under 18;
- any data I provide about other people is shared with their consent.
This consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or until it is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to [email protected].
