ABOUT THE COURSE
Dental English for a Future International Career and Education.
This course is designed for dental students, interns, dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, pediatric dentists, dental hygienists, and other dental professionals who already have a command of English at the B1 level or higher and wish to use it as a professional tool in their education, clinical practice, and international careers.
We don’t just teach professional dental terminology. We develop skills in clinical communication, professional thinking in English, working with documentation, and analyzing real-world clinical cases that dentists encounter in their daily practice around the world.
- 3 months of intensive professional training
- 36 practical sessions in small groups

- Communication Practices for Dentists with Patients in Various Clinical Situations
- Study of contemporary dental terminology across all major fields
- Practice in Reading International Dental Research, Clinical Guidelines, and Professional Literature
- Developing conversational skills for communicating with patients, colleagues, and medical staff
- A new set every 3 months
- Ongoing support from the instructor throughout the course

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE COURSE
From Medical Terminology to Professional Communication
Communication between the dentist and the patient, taking the patient's complaints and medical history, explaining the diagnosis, discussing treatment options, recommendations, and postoperative care.
Modern dental terminology, anatomy of the oral cavity, diseases of the teeth and gums, diagnosis, dental procedures, and professional vocabulary in various fields of dentistry.
Managing dental records, treatment histories, referrals, treatment plans, informed consent forms, and other professional documentation.
Discussing examination results, diagnoses, and the development and explanation of treatment plans, dental procedures, and recommendations for patients.
Review of real clinical cases, analysis of dental situations, discussion of treatment options, and development of professional thinking in English.
Working with international scientific articles, clinical studies, current guidelines, and materials on evidence-based dentistry.
Practice communicating with patients, colleagues, and assistants, and participating in professional discussions in English.
The specifics of working in an international dental setting, professional ethics, intercultural communication, and preparation for an international career.
